Sustainable Fisheries PPP Pre-feasibility Study
The sustainable fisheries PPP project had two main components: a comprehensive fisheries information management system (FIMS), which included control and surveillance (MCS) systems, traceability systems, and electronic catch accounting: and the complete refurbishment and improvement of the General Santos Fish Port Complex. By bundling the FIMS and the port improvement together, it was possible to calculate future revenue streams to support the public good provided by sustainable fishing practices.
On this project Bold Native provided the following services:
- Project management of the pre-feasibility study.
- Drafting Terms of Reference for technical engineering, financial modelling and fishery sector suppliers.
